Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mac4Claw (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mac4Claw provides dedicated Mac Mini M4 cloud hosting (“Instances”) on a subscription basis. Instances include SSH, VNC, and Tailscale access to a physical Mac Mini M4 located in our data center.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other malicious network activity
- Distribute malware or other harmful software
- Mine cryptocurrency without our prior written consent
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Instance that violates these restrictions, without notice or refund.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
We offer a 24-hour refund guarantee for new subscribers who cancel within 24 hours of their first payment. No refunds are issued for subsequent billing cycles.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your Instance remains accessible until the period ends.
7. Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data stored on your Instance.
8. Uptime and Service Levels
We target 99.9% uptime for all Instances. Scheduled maintenance is performed with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity issues or hardware failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mac4Claw and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mac4Claw is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
